Signing up for DirectNet Online Banking

Do your banking anytime, anywhere with DirectNet Online Banking! Check your balance and transactions. Pay your bills online and save time and stamps. Transfer money between accounts. It’s easy…and it’s free!

Here’s how to enroll:
1. From the Centra Bank home page, locate the question in toolbar on the left hand side of the screen which says “Need to enroll in online banking? Click Here.
2. Follow the enrollment screens. (You’ll need a copy of your last bank statement to make enrollment easy.)
3. Once you are enrolled, you’ll set-up your user ID and password and have immediate access to your accounts online.

Signing up for e-statements

Your e-statement looks just like your printed statement. You will have access to your archived statements also so anytime you need to reference or print a statement, just log into your online banking account and click “Statements.” You can save your statement files to your computer. You’ll be saving time, space and paper by switching to e-statements.

Here’s how to switch to e-statements:
1. Once you are enrolled in DirectNet online banking, log into your account to switch to e-statements.
2. Under Accounts, click on Statements in the left hand tool bar.
3. After you read the Online Statement review, click continue.
4. A list of your accounts will appear with the option to choose online statements. After reading the Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure, check the box to confirm and click submit.
5. Your next statement will be sent to you in both forms, online and paper. After that, your statement will be delivered online and you’ll receive an e-mail alert to let you know it is ready for viewing.
